My name is Tyler, I'm a full time college student majoring in software engineering. I started getting into game development in late 2016. Along with programming and general development, I enjoy dabbling in 3d art with Blender.
Jon Martin (Studio Snowspot) and I, along with Clement Panchout, teamed up for Scream Jam 2018 to create The Emulator. The Emulator is a shorter horror experience, in which players have to find a way to survive in a house with a killer unleashed from the dark web. My role in the project was primarily programming, UI design, and general aspects of Unity development.
I am the lead programmer and co-developer behind indie horror game Concluse. Jon Martin (Studio Snowspot) and I are currently working on Concluse 2. Concluse, with its PS1 aesthetic, is an atmospheric horror game which makes use of puzzles, cutscenes, and voice acting rather than jumpscares. I also was in charge of the port to android, and the game has since launched on GooglePlay.
One of my first longer term projects. I will always consider The Lone Knight my first true released game, even though it is really more of an unfinished prototype. I aimed to create a 3D action/adventure game with RPG elements, a story, and a variety of enemies. I learned a great many things during its development before deciding to essentially restart from scratch.
At that point I created Lone Knight: Halloween Demo. The focal point of which was a souls-like combat controller, a variety of enemies, and a highly detailed environment created with assets from Synty Studios.
